The following Care and Support Services are provided by the Agency.

Palliative Care

Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness. This type of care is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness. The goal is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family.

Respite Care

Respite care is planned or emergency temporary care provided to caregivers of a child or adult.Respite programs provide planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families and other unpaid care givers of individuals in need of constant care.

Sheltered housing

Sheltered housing is a term covering a wide range of rented housing for older and/or disabled or other vulnerable people. In commonly refers to grouped housing such as a block or "scheme" of flats or bungalows with a scheme manager or "officer"; traditionally the manager has lived on-site although this is not always the case these days

General Care

We provide care for individuals with different conditions including the following Alzheimers, AIDS/HIV, Cancer, Epilepsy, Head/Brain injury, Auditory impairment, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, Visual impairment,Physical Disability, Dementia and Sensory Impairment.Contact us for other special conditions.
